Terms and conditions
Scope of Work
The services provided are limited to the description listed on the front of this invoice. Any additional work requested by the Client or discovered during the project will be treated as a separate estimate and requires a new agreement.
Client Responsibilities
The Client must ensure that the work area is accessible, safe, and clear of personal items. It is the Client’s responsibility to identify the location of all underground or hidden utilities (pipes, wires, etc.) before work begins.
Materials and Parts
Materials purchased for the project are non-refundable. If the Client provides the materials, Pinnac le Buildworks LLC. is not responsible for the quality, fit, or warranty of those items.
Warranty and Liability
- Labor Warranty: We provide a 60-day warranty on labor starting from the date of completion. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
- Liability: Pinnac le Buildworks LLC. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.
Acceptance of Terms
By signing the estimate, providing a deposit, or making a payment on this invoice, the Client agrees to the following:
Authorization: The Client authorizes Materials purchased for the project are non-refundable. If the Client provides the materials, Pinnacle Buildworks LLC. to perform the work as described in the Scope of Work.
Agreement to Terms: The Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the full Terms and Conditions attached to or referenced in this document.
Binding Contract: Acceptance of an estimate (verbally, via email, or in writing) or any payment made toward an invoice constitutes a legally binding contract between the Client and Materials purchased for the project are non-refundable. If the Client provides the materials, Pinnacle Buildworks LLC.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santa Rosa County.
Payment Terms
- Due Date: Payment is due in full upon completion of the work unless otherwise specified.
- Late Fees: Payments not received within 15 days of the invoice date will be subject to a late fee of 15% per month on the outstanding balance.
- Accepted Methods: We accept [Cash / Check / Credit Card by stripe using our online system].
Cancellations
Cancellations made less than [24/48] hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a "Trip Charge" and cancellation fee of $50.
